Internationally acclaimed Soprano Nelly Miricioiu is the President of the Ionel Perlea Competition Jury in 2021. With an international career, Nelly Miricioiu is one of the greatest exponents of Belcanto in our time.
For the first time in the Jury of Ionel Perlea Competition, to 30th Edition and 1st International Edition, Nelly Miricioiu is a remarkable artist and maestro.
Nelly Miricioiu’s career is legendary and her generosity of spirit is always a huge inspiration and her understanding of vocal techniques is second to none.
She has a remarcable career in the most important opera houses: Teatro Alla Scala, Royal Opera House, Metropolitan Opera, Vienna Stat Opera, Opéra national de Paris, Gran Theatre del Liceu, Teatro dell’Opera di Roma.
The masterclass with Nelly Miricioiu will take place between 1st – 5th of June 2021 and it will end with BELCANTO GALA, the participants being accompanied by Ionel Perlea Orchestra.
She is already very well known as a pedagogue / teacher, mentor, preparing voices that are singing on the most important stages of the world.
